Installation
Method and tools needed
- Each body has two top fixing positions. The specified fixing is a Buldex screw and plug.
- Mark stud positions, reflective colour and orientation to the installation plan; for road work in Türkiye, arrange approach warnings, cones and necessary lane closure for the work type and duration.
- Confirm fixing suitability for the selected body and ground before installation. Obtain drilling, hole spacing and tightening instructions from the actual installation sheet; check seating and fixings.
Maintenance and cleaning
- Inspect the body, lenses and fixing locations for cracks, missing parts or looseness; set inspection frequency for service conditions and the actual product instructions.
- Keep lens and body surfaces visible; use cleaning methods from verified instructions for the selected material.
- Separate the maintenance area from traffic when addressing a displaced or damaged stud; plan replacement and refixing using instructions for the selected fixing system.
Where it is used
- Lane and direction marking. Passive reflective elements face opposite directions; the body model is stated in the enquiry.
- Median and car park guidance. The body, colour and position are matched to the installation plan.
